Yet another long two weeks over...

Started with the previous post... finishing a lab also contributing to the lack of sleep. Friday night, finishing a 1hr presentation to UBC alumni in which 6 people show up for the next day. Among them, 2 alumni, 3 organizers and 1 first year. Was up until 3am on that friday... 1 hr work/person. Still was fun though and they enjoyed it apparently. I got credited with being an associate professor of oral bio & medical sciences and the director of the bureau of legal dentistry >_>

Had to go in on Sunday to get acquainted with my apsc 459 lab. So I effectively didn't have a weekend. This week, two assignments, three midterms and the first draft of the 459 project proposal... same day as two of the midterms. It's all over now and it went fine though. On the plus side, Matt found me a new webcomic... www.xkcd.com

The root of the heart is generally agreed to be the cardiac membrane, or the anchoring combo of the aorta and the inferior vena cava.

The eternal question: are the defences worth it?

Neitzsche says no. Lay down your arms when you are strongest, and stop the arms race.

However, Neitzsche went insane, so, take from it what you will.

Hope your work continues to go well - me, I have three midterms and two labs this week, which wouldn't be so bad if I had any time management skills...:P

take it easy
